When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders according to the correct planting season. Autumn-planted bulbs are shipped from September to November, while spring-planted varieties are sent out from March to May.
What are your delivery charges for the UK?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of £5.99 for all UK mainland orders. Orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery.
How should I store my bulbs if I cannot plant them immediately?
If you cannot plant your bulbs right away, remove them from the packaging and store them in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and frost.
What is your quality guarantee?
We take pride in providing top-sized, healthy bulbs. If your items arrive damaged or fail to grow despite following our planting instructions, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
As long as your order has not entered the packing process, we can make changes. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request an amendment.
